Policies

• When booking an appointment we may require a credit card to secure the appointment.


• Please give us at least 24 hour (72 hours on weekends) prior notice to cancel or move an appointment.


• Efforts are made by our staff to confirm the appointment you have scheduled. This is not always possible. It is important that we hear from you. You can confirm your appointment with this form.


• If an appointment is made and is ultimately canceled because of a no show or late cancel your credit card will be charged for the appointment missed.
