 Cancellation Policy
Our time is as valuable as yours. We ask that you be respectful of our time with regard to the appointments you make. This time is set aside for you so that we can give you our undivided attention. Wild Orchids understands that events happen and there may be a need to reschedule your appointment. The following is our company policy regarding cancellations.

24 hours or more advanced notice - No Charge |

Less than 24 hour cancellation 50% of the scheduled service |

Fail to show for your scheduled appointment - 100% of scheduled service. |

More than one non appearance will result in securing any service with a credit card. |
Children under 12
Anyone under the age of 12 must accompanied by an adult at all times. Children may not be left alone in the lobby waiting area at any time. Children are NOT permitted to join the parent on the salon floor during the Wild Orchids Service. This is for the safety of of the child, our staff, parent, and other clients.
Please make all necessary child care arrangements prior to your visit with us. Your support and understanding of our policy regarding children and child safety is greatly appreciated.

Kids Place is a year-round children activity center. Kids Place provides a unique temporary child care solution which allows a flexible care period according to your need. Kids Place educational age-appropriate activities, which are packaged in a pre-school like environment, are performed continuously throughout the day. 1352 Sunset Drive, Antioch, CA 94509
